I’ve been really, really lazy these past few months. After running a marathon last year, I got into a rut of half-assed exercise and sporadic health-food stints. So…I’ve taken on a challenge for the month of September and I’ll be blogging about it on a new site called 30 Days to Lean. You can expect my usual disingenuous charm and sarcasm (likely will be slightly more cranky as I plug through).
The reason I’m doing this on a separate blog is that I’m not sure all my followers here at The Thirties Grind will be interested this, so I’ll spare them the posts about how my cleanse and works out are going.
